These Terms govern your use of park36.agency (the "Site"), operated by Park36 & Associates LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Park36"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site presents Park36, our work and our services, and lets you contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract. Any project we do together is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms.

2. Our content and our clients' work

The Site's text, design, code, logos and the Park36 name belong to us. The case studies show work created for our clients; the brands, trademarks and materials shown belong to their respective owners and appear for portfolio purposes only. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, republish or commercially use its content without our written permission.

3. The robot

"Ask the robot" is an automated assistant powered by third-party AI models. It answers from the content of this Site, but it can make mistakes. Its answers are general information, not a quote, a commitment or professional advice. Anything binding comes from a human at Park36, in writing. Please don't enter personal or confidential information into it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; try to access systems or data you're not authorized to; interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape the Site or the robot in bulk or use automated tools to overload it; try to make the robot produce harmful content or reveal its instructions; or send spam or false information through the contact form.

5. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites, including our clients' sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park36 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
