Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Park36 & Associates LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Park36", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal information through park36.agency (the "Site"). Short version: we only collect what we need to answer you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, a short description of your project and your answers to the form's questions. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Questions you ask our robot. The "Ask the robot" assistant on the Site records the text of your questions, a random session identifier and technical data about the answer (for example, response time). It does not ask for your name or email, so please don't type personal or confidential information into it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the Site running. If you allow analytics cookies, we also collect usage data through Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if it makes sense for both of us, to prepare a proposal.
- To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
- To answer your questions through the robot and improve its answers.
- To understand how the Site is used and make it better.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. The contact form's questions help us understand fit; a human reads every message.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
4. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last interaction unless you become a client. Robot questions are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hi@park36.agency. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where the law requires, within the legal deadline. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them as required.
You can refuse or withdraw analytics cookies at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
6. Visitors from the EEA and the UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Park36 & Associates LLC is the controller of your personal data. We process it on these legal bases: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (contact form), our legitimate interests in running and securing the Site and answering questions (robot, server logs), and your consent (analytics cookies). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Your data may be processed in the United States and in Spain, where our team works. When we transfer data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the Site.
8. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are significant, make that clear on the Site.
